Honestly, does it matter? Be confident and happy as yourself and don't nitpick your personal features through other's eyes. If it matters to them do you really want to be around people that superficial?

if it's not a bad funnel chest, just work out some more, let it fill out. and it may even make your pecs look better.
but if it is an extremely noticable indent, you can get surgery.
girls dont tend to be as shallow as most guys are tho, if you find the right girl, she won't care what's under your shirt.

I'm gonna be blunt, if I were you I would learn how to be a good listener, and how to tell a joke well. Girls are willing to overlook a LOT if you have those two qualities. If you can manage those two - you'll be fine, really.

Now if you mean one of those little spots in the sternum you can poke a finger in, no biggie. Lots of people have 'em.
