I have a wart on my toe. And it Hurts. ALOT.?!

Question: I have a wart on my toe. And it Hurts. ALOT.?
Ok this thing has been going on for about 1~2 months already. At first it was a very small transparent, unsightly bump. A month later, it has literally taken over my fourth toe on my left foot. I cannot walk without limping a little; the slightest pressure kills me.

This toe is bigger than my second toe, possibly from swelling... or something else
The wart is 2 cm in diameter, and I had a salicic acid patch on it, alternating every 2 days to a new patch. I've been digging it out a little bit, hoping the salicic acid would seep in through my skin.
Instead, my upper level dermal tissue has dissappeared, and my wart is still the same size and shape. Kind of how you would see a hill in a crater.

What should I do??? What ointment could I use?? Please help!!!!!!
