We don't have health insurance and can't get any right now. How much would it cost to pay out of pocket?

If you mean skin tags, it's not cancer and they're harmless. As we age, we all get them.
Found this:
1.Excision with a scalpel
2.Cauterization: with cautery instrument
3.Cryosurgery (freezing with liquid nitrogen)
4.Ligation with a sterile thread: by cutting off blood supply to the polyp

i get them too. they don't have any nerves in them and I have my wife cut them off with a pair of scissors
