Question: Hard time BEATING IT!!!!!?
Title was a lure but i cant ******* breath

Well. It started like 5 days ago. Before it started Ive been working out like 6 times a week for like 6 months and not once did i have a hard time breathing. But all the sudden i have to take like 5 deep breaths to get that "Relief" Breath It doesn't hurt my lungs or chest. But it just hard to catch that breath it's so weird..... I can breath fine. I just can't get that Relief breath.. It lingers and its really annoying. It happens even when i'm not working out. Like right now...... It is pissing me off i don't know why help me!

Answers:

U r overloading ur heart. When u do reps with a weight, do it with a constant breathing pattern and DO NOT hurry. After doing a set, take time & breathe to normal before taking up the next. Believe me, ur oxygen levels r not meeting the needs of ur heart. So, slow down..
