Question: What skin condition is this?
Every time when I stand under the sun, I get this very itchy spots all over my body (yes the entire body). Sometimes it will concentrate on the upper body area, sometimes it will concentrate on the head area... you get the idea.
The itching spots are not large areas. They are very specific points on the skin and very hard to resist scratching it.
Anyone knows what this is?

It sounds like you could be allergic to the sun. I have had allergy tests and the sun was on of the things I was allergic to. You should check with your doctor.
