Question: Any idea what I may have?
I get dizzy alot.
And I've blacked out 4 times this school year.
I don't really know of anything that triggers it??
My brother has Neurocardiogenic syncope. Could it be that?
His is triggered by alcohol but I don't drink. Do other things trigger it?

This could be so many things. You need to see a doctor and do a complete physical assessment including lab work. It could be as simple as being dehydrated, or low blood sugar to diabetes, a tumor, low blood pressure, etc, etc. Definitely not normal and the sooner you see a doctor the better, you may even get seriously hurt when passing out.
It's probably a syndrome of sorts
