I'm not really clear on this..
If you are for real, then you are saying that your feet suddenly grew in size.
If these shoes are yours ( nobody stole yours, or swapped them to play a joke)
.( you are sure it is NOT that the shoes got wet/ washed then shrunk when they dried ) and they were fitting fine... and nothing has been added to the shoes,
then your feet have grown too large for them.
If this growth took place over a short time ( less than months), then you have a medical problem.
Any time you are bleeding, it increases the probability that you should see a Dr.
Any sudden changes in your body that you cannot explain also indicate a Dr. visit.
If you cannot rule out an easy explanation for this - or, if the easy explanation includes something like snake bite, heart disease, gangrene.. GET TO A DOCTOR.
