This is super embarrassing but I need help with a hemorrhoid problem?!

So About 3 months ago I self diagnosed myself with hemorrhoids because of extreme pain and anal bleeding during a bowel movement so I got these pills and cream off the internet called Hem Clear. They worked really great, I could tell a major difference the day I started taking them. But about a month after I started taking them they stopped working, my hemorrhoids came back worse than ever so I stopped taking the pills because if they weren't going to work I wasn't going to take 2 giant horse pills 3 times a day. Ever since then my hemorrhoids have been up and down (pan wise) but I've just dealt with them. I just now decided to see what they look like and there's two skin tags. So based off what I've read off of multiple websites I think what happened is that I got them, I took the Hem Clear, they went away leaving the skin tags behind, and, as skin tags often do, they brought back my hemorrhoids worse than before. My question is, now that I'm in round two, if I start taking the Hem Clear again will the hemorrhoids go away? And if they do go away will they just keep coming back worse every time? I know I should go to the doctor but there's just something that makes me uncomfortable about letting a Dr. check out my outbox. If it stays like this and nothing works and they keep coming back I'm sure I will eventually go to the Dr. for it. But if you could please help me out in the meantime that would be great! Thank you!
