Do I have Kawasaki Disease again?!

Question: Do I have Kawasaki Disease again?
Well yesterday afternoon I woke up with a very, very cold sensation (Not a normal Cold/Hot sensation but very very touchy nerves that feel touchy and freezing) and i could barely get out of bed. I couldn't find a thermometer and throughout the whole day it hurt even to walk/crawl as anything touching my skin hurt, even my shirt, shorts and actually moving against the wind made my nerves sting.
During the night i was using two duvets because I was feeling that cold and had all heating in the house on full but still i was feeling freezing. At two in the morning although I felt unbelievably freezing my legs were sweating unbelievable ammounts , and taking the other duvet off hurt when it scraped my leg.

I have had some red lumps at the back of my tongue for a few days now and I have awoken today feeling horrible with the same feeling and with very very cracked white lips.

When I was about 12/13 I'd had Kawasaki's disease and was treated in a couple of days by nurses at a hospital.

Anyone with medical knowledge what should I do? I have been taking 2 paracetamol tablets every four hours for 24 hours now and i feel just as bad, also been taking Vitamin C and Cod liver oil for overall health.

Any advice would be helpful, and please no randomers saying just go to the doctor :P

I'm going to be a randomer and say go to the doctor :P

But it could be tonsillitis if you have white bumps in the back of your mouth.
