Can I scilence the beep (when im in school I don't wanna have people staring at me) and just put everything about it..down to the little things..thx ;)

I have one in my basketball locker, one in the nurce's office and one at home. I love them! They're so compact and easy to use. They come in a case with a holder for your test strips, poker and meter. I've dropped it and it's survived like the best of them.

You can buy it at Target or any over the counter pharmacy. It's about 6 inches long. Strips for me are $5.00 a box but health insurance may vary. I think when my mom bought me mine they were around $20.00 a piece. I don't remember how much the lancets are because a box of them last a very long time; I have thousands of them.

It does not beep when you put the test strip in it, that's a plus cause I don't like it when people stare at me either. You can scroll through your blood sugars to see what your numbers have been for the day; you can buy a USB cord that connects it to your computer and it makes graphs and charts on your computer. The test strips require a very small amount of blood, I like that a lot too.

There's nothing negative I can tell you about this meter because I have only had positive experiences with it. I especially like this brand because it fits easily into my backpack and it's very compact.

Any other questions? Shoot me a message, I'd be more than happy to help you out!

I have 2 of these little jewels. One in my purse and one in a daughter's house.

They come with everything necessary to start. carry case included and one vial of strips plus the lancet tips.

I love this one! Small light weight, and when dropped doesn't die! I have terrazzo floors!!

No beeps!! very discreet! fits in palm easily. easy to lose in bottom of purse!!

I don't happen to care if people stare at me when I test or inject! They can turn their heads or ask for more info if they are curious! Have several friends who do the same as me. It is part of our lives and if others don't understand, it is their loss!

Check out the website. You may qualify for free machine! But is the strips that are a bit high dollar. I don't care as this glucometer is right with the labs!! Makes injecting a little easier since I don't have to do any calculations other than units to grams of carb.
