Should I be worried..?!

Question: Should I be worried..?
So I had a dream last night, and at the very end, I dreamed that I was laying in my bed. All of a sudden, my heart started beating EXTREMELY fast. After about a minute or so, my heart stopped. I couldn't breathe, scream for help, or move. Whatever I was looking at before it happened, was stuck in the moment. I was just wondering, is it something to worry about or go get checked out?

Just stress or shock from the dream. You probably have nothing to wory about, but if your family has a history of heart problems, I'd get a doctor to check you out just to be totally safe. Hope I could help!

It is not something to be worried about seeing that it was a dream. Dreams symbolize what is going on in your life. This dream probably means that you are going through something and you feel stuck and don't know what to to. You maybe trying quietly to ask for help but are scared to are maybe no one is listening. You should talk to someone you trust about it and see what you can do to help this.

I think since it's paired with the dream its not really medical but maybe mental... I don't think that it's anything to worry about, but if it is a reoccurring dream than you should maybe see someone who specializes in that.

I've had something like that when I see myself on my bed and then I wake up and I feel like im falling really fast or something, and I jump and tense up and my heart races. But it dosent happen often.

i dont think your heart actually stopped because you would be dead now since no one gave you chest compressions. you heart probably just slowed down and you couldn't feel it without having your hand on your chest. when you're sitting, completely relaxed on the couch or laying in bed, you usually cant feel your heart beating unless you put your hand over your heart. unless its really freaking you out, i dont think you need to see a doctor.
