As a mother &grandmother my heart goes out to Kate McCann?
As a practicing Christian as Kate McCann is and my child had died, accidentally or otherwise,my instinct would be to lay that child to rest in a sanctified place and have a proper funeral so that I could grieve.I could not hide the body as has been suggested. These people have been through so much and now to be accused of heinous crimes is unimaginable. I know what its like to be cheerful in front of small children when you feel like you want to cry,you do it so that they don't get upset. The McCanns may not do things the way we all would do them but at least in their own way they are getting through each day,hoping that some turn of event will throw some light on what has happened to Maddy, even if its the worst possible news. Its the not knowing which is the most awful. I for one think that they need our support not these comments I've been reading.Whatever happened to innocent until proved guilty?

As practising catholic my heart goes with Madeleine 100%. She is the only victim here, parents seem pretty happy . Look at the picture
