Possible Heart Condition - Anyone Help?!

Question: Possible Heart Condition - Anyone Help?
I am a 22 year old Male with no history of health problems and no family history. As we speak I feel like I can feel the heart pumping.. not the beat it's self.. it's hard to explain. Like I can feel a slight pressure on my chest and I can feel the heart beating. I have kept a notepad document of all my symptoms. Can anyone please be willing to take their time and look over this =)

2/3/11 - 4 PM
My chest went numb and heart started beating really hard and faster than normal (only lasted a few seconds)
Trouble sleeping (thought it would happen again)

2/4/11 -
Random chest pains

2/5/11 -
Random chest pains
Crushing chest pains
Legs felt weak when I stood up
Went to ER (They did BP/Blood Samples/X-Ray/EKG) (Doctors said no murmurs, kidney's clean, bp is good and heart rate was normal)
Said it was due to caffeine (stopped caffeine completely on 2/11 and has gotten worse)

2/11/11 -
Had trouble sleeping
When I laid on my left side, chest started to feel numb until I got up.
Started feeling empty feeling (hollow) inside chest
Felt like I had a headrush all day

2/15/11 -
No caffeine since 2/11 (which was only one can)
Flutter like feeling in chest (Since 2/14/11)
Feeling shaky inside
Feels like chest is empty (hollow)
Random spikes of pain on various body parts (only last a few seconds)
Random pain spikes on left shoulder (never radiates) comes and goes
I can feel when I inhale/exhale deeply (Sometimes, not always)
Lost 10 lbs over last few days
Random tingling sensations on head (all over, not entire head)
Feeling exhausted most the day
Burning sensation in chest (happened a few times today)
When I bend over, I get chest pain in the middle of my chest (found that out 2/15/11)
When I stand up, heart rate increases momentarily (a few seconds) then goes back down

2/20/11 -
Every day since my chest has felt numbness/tingly and I can feel inside of me when I breathe (mostly at night)
This morning I woke up early. I tried going back to sleep and when I started to fall asleep I could feel my chest (left side) going numb so I woke up.
Random short numbness at varying locations in my head.
Still getting constant left-sided chest pains (sharp)
Noticed as of yesterday that my shoulder blades make crackling feelings much more than they used to.
Heard loud popping sound in left side of chest

Thank you for your time.

You may undergo 24 hour Holter monitor test. A Holter monitor is a machine that continuously records the heart's rhythms. The monitor is usually worn for 24 - 48 hours during normal activity.

it could be the electrical wiring in your heart which is hard to detect even if you go to the doctor it won't show up it will only show when it happens, go back and tell them all your symptoms this time go to a specialist not the ER

It sounds more like you have a back or neck problem. Those symptoms can be caused by pinched nerves or vertebrae being out of alignment.

Hello,

I read all of your question and comments, I am an allied health professional and I would highly recommend you get an echocardiogram done (its an ultrasound of the heart) that allows the physician to see what's happening inside. I would also recommend a 12 lead ECG to be done to test all angles of your heart in terms of heart rhythm
