Question: Can you catch anything from sharing a cigerette?

I was very drunk at a party friday and i shared a cigerette with someone i think has done a few drugs before i dont know him . they may have been rumours they wernt needle drugs though. he only had one drag and i told him not to touch his lips properly. am i being paranoid and can i kiss a girl now im very worried???

Your pretty well just being paranoid. If neither you or he had open sores your fine, but then i should think drunk or not open sores would have stood out.
