i step on a nail and i had a tetanus shot should i be fine?!

I'm always stepping on a nail.You'll no doubt be sore for a while.My parents use to say I was a
nail magnet.I've stepped on nails with my shoes on and bare foot.The tetanus shot will last you
for a few years.Keep the area clean so it won't become infected and you're going to be fine.

I did that once, it's how i learned i was allergic to tetanus. It wasn't any life threatening thing, just enough swelling to tell them to let me know never to take tetanus again. It's a rarety but it happens.
You on the other hand should be fine.
