Question: Im really freakin gout, do i have a yeast infection?

im 13 years old and i havent had sex and i dont masturbate or anything like that. i havent gotten my period yet either. But i was sick for the past 4 days, and in the last 2 days, i noticed that my vaginal lips began to swell. i have no clue what happened! im really freaking out and i told my mom but she gave me this hydrocortizone to put on it (anti itch cream) and it hasnt made things better. do i have a yeast infection? please help me! im literally freaking out:(((

You can go to CVS and buy a kit that will test for a yeast infection. It tells you what to do and how to use it. Then if that is what it is you can get something at CVS over the counter to treat it.

But once it gets really bad you will have to go to the doctor to get something stronger to take care of it.

You can also get yeast infections from using stuff like bath bombs or smelly bubbles in a bubble bath. The colors and perfumes can irritate you. Or using the scented body washes and washing there. IT is better to have some bar soap for that and use the body washes for the rest of yourself.

yes you may have a yeast infection or a urinary track infection (UTI)

your mother should KnOw! better using hydrocortizone down there for any reason

you can get yeast treatments at walmart or any other store you shop at

most of them will stop the itch plus cure the infection and come in 2day treatments which is the strongest medication and 5-7 day treatments which maybe best for you since you are only 13

if after the treatment with the yeast cream and you are still having the problem go see a doctor and at your age you should go to the doctor anyway
