Question: What is the life expectancy of survivors of brain cancer after surgery?
He had a brain surgery ten years ago, he is still suffering from aftereffects from the surgery, receiving chemotherapeutic treatments and saying that his life expectancy is as half long as healthy people. Is this true?

Consider him blessed. My brother died of brain cancer...he didn't have a chance. My sister beat brain cancer 3 times with surgery and did well. It's been less than 10 yrs for her and she has it again only this time she is terminal. I'd give anything if she could have 10 yrs. So you see, life expectancy is different for everyone. He's still alive after 10 yrs and still receiving treatments. That means his Dr has hopes. They gave up on my sister. Count your blessings and treasure every day you have with him and not dwell on when he may die. I wish him the best. God bless
