We talking tobacco or weed?

If its tobacco, don't waist your first smoke on a cheep cigarette, get a mild cigar. Dont be intimidated just go to a cigar shop and ask for a mild cigar they shouldn't look at you weird or anything especially if your young. Hey... it's more business for them. And they're only like seven bucks

As for weed couldn't tell you...

Oh for the smoke not getting in your lungs... As your breathing in the smoke suck in your stomach at the same time. it'll keep from less smoke getting in your lungs and keep from a newby coughing. lol

Oh and if you're worried about getting addicted... just stick with cigars and it's harder to get addicted to them, plus your wallet will probably keep from any addiction. lol

The guy "M" who answered second is "down thumbing" anyone who is pro-smoking. I dont know what your problem is bro. There's nothing with a social smoke bro. You need to chill a tad, have a smoke! lol

Besides all the facts, stats, and things you hear about smoking is from habitual smokers and cigarettes. There's nothing wrong with being a social smoker. Even those who are addicted to cigarettes admit that they are unhealthy and wish they didn't do it. lol So agree, dont get addicted but there's nothing wrong with chillin with the boys have a cigar. lol

Social smoker

Smoking for the first time-and consequent use for a time- will cause a "buzz" and sometimes nausia associated with a release of dopamine in the brain.

The "feel-good" effect of smoking- or using any form of tobacco- is not worth the health problems and monetary cost. (it does become expensive) Addiction does not set in after the first use on for SOME people, but most will want to use again, anyways. It is chemically addictive: meaning your brain will believe that it "needs" the nicotine intake.

As an addicted smokeless tobacco user, I give this information with the strict warning that you not try or begin using tobacco. Once you start, it is incredibly hard to quit and you will always carry a craving- even small- for the rest of your life.

Tobacco user for years

It totally sucks, burns your throat and lungs, and has a high probability of making you feel really sick, your bodies natural reaction to inhaling something so toxic, don't start, your not missing anything, other then all the bad effects, There really aren't any good ones, that's just the nicotine on top of all the chemicals both the tobacco and paper are laced with ( saturated with, would be more accurate). You make a decision to be unhealthy, not healthy, were do you think that will lead, is the question ?

Have you ever been sitting by a camp fire? The smoke comes at you, you get a snort, you cough and hack, its unpleasant. That's about what a first time is like.

Tobacco and Pot, have addictive qualities, people will argue, those are the ones who are addicted and can't admit it. The reason people get over the unpleasantness is because of the addiction.

smoking for 35 years and its going to kill me

At first since ur body is not use too tobacco (i think ur talking about) it will go to ur lungs unless ur going to use a purifier (65$) not worth it. If i recommend just simply start slow let the smoke rest in ur mouth breath in some air and slowly let very little go in to ur body and the rest u blow out.... very simple good luck...

experience 2 years...

The first time you smoke your probably gonna feel a strong burn in your throat as this is your first time .Which makes you cough. If you dont want it in your lungs why you could not inhale it or not do it at all
