Question: Huge swollen cyst-like pimple in nose!?

I have a cyst like pimple in my nose right in the fleshy part before my septum. It is incredibly painful. There is no head, feels firm and fluid-filled. Last night it was noticeably swollen;my nasal holes were partially obstructed. Then this morning when I woke up it was really noticeable in both nostrils and swollen in my upper lip. I'm icing it and keeping it clean as there is no way to pop it. I'm a full time student who can't afford any medical insurance, but I have about 6 antibiotics I've been saving for an emergency. Should I take them? I can't go to a doctor. :/ Thanks!

STOP ICING IT!!! I have had these since I was little. The worst thing you can do is ice it. You need to put moist direct heat on it. It is a cyst never ice a cyst. Run very warm water when you are in the shower on it. It will eventually come to a head but dont pop it at all. Let it rupture on its own. If you try and pop it it will spread and get bigger. They are extremely painful. Just dont forget no ice and lots of moist heat only. All you can do is the moist heat and time there is no other way to get it to go away just let it rupture and drain on its own. If you have some gauze or something pack it with that so it will drain into that. Keep your hands clean after and before you touch it or it can and will spread. It is something in your blood.
