How can I hide the puffy bags under my eyes when I have Graves Disease?!


Question: How can I hide the puffy bags under my eyes when I have Graves Disease?
(21 years old girl) so having graves disease has made my eyes bulge giving me permanent bags which i know cant disappear without me getting fully better but in the mean time does anyone know of any good products for a quick fix to reduce the bags they really are always there and it gets me down foundation seems to make it more noticeable

Sorry to hear about your condition. I hope they are able to treat it well and make you a lot better. In the mean time Boots (or other large cosmetic/pharmaceutical shops), sell a gel in a small tube (I'm sorry I cant remember the name of it), its in the face care section. You rub it on and it helps by reducing the puffiness. Also a gay friend of mine from years ago used to swear by hemorrhoid cream, I've no idea if it works or is even safe to use anywear near your eys, but maybe worth checking out.

Surgery is also an option, but wait until they sort your Thyroid problem out 1st. There is surgery available to both retract your eyes back, and surgery to remove bags under your eyes. This is something to chat to your doctor about.
