Do you mean Shy-Drager syndrome? Unfortunately this is a progressive neurological disorder which has no cure. It is similar to Parkinson's but causes more widespread nervous system damage. Medications can be prescribed to help relieve symptoms but there is no cure or way to slow the progression of the disease.
