why am i so light headed all the time? I have asthma but no signs of really any !

Question: Why am i so light headed all the time? I have asthma but no signs of really any symptoms?
Well this past week and or month I've been coming off and on from asthma I get light headed and my chest always feels tight to some extent. I usually get very small squeezing sounds from my lungs or loud ones but sometimes I don't hear any and just get lightheaded then I take my inhaler and I still feel euphoric like not completely in control of my head. It's been happening so much lately it's beginning to scare me I've went to the doctor multiple times for this recently and twice to the ER the doctor prescribes me Xopenex and Albuterol with a Vaporizer machine (Take as needed) Which honestly I try to take it only when I have symptoms my asthma isn't crazy out of control but recently these light headed euphoria feelings make me feel like I want to pass out. The ER doctor prescribed me Ventolin which I cannot take it makes my lungs tighten up more and ADVAIR which I hear very bad comments on and almost everyone says you need to ween yourself off it once it starts because it does not help symptoms at all and you get a lot of the side affects it only helps few ppl And it has the potential of death and on many occasions ppl say they do almost die when taking it. I also was prescribed steroid pills from the ER I still need to get them, But i do not like taking them but I will if I must. Mentally they **** with my head and it's pretty ****** up as it is already...but besides all of this I just wanted to know if anyone has any advice for me and can tell me what could be going on.

Oh and I weigh 144 pound Male I've been trying to exercise but I get tired and feel like i going to die I feel like I'm going to die right now atm just typing this because this is why I'm typing this.

Please give me advice if you could "Thank you"

With asthma you may not be getting enough air and oxygen into your body and that can cause the dizziness and light headed feeling. The inhalers are to keep the tiessues reduced in size so the air can get through. i have found that saline water sprayed in the nose (buy at the pharmacy) helps also in hydrating the nose. I also have sleep apnea and stop breathing so I use a machine to have positive air flow to keep my passages open. With that and the sprays I can breathe and get enough oxygen. Oxygen or lack of it does make us light headed as it takes oxygen to operate right and we get dizzy and also lose cells and intelligence and thinking.

Good luck to you.
