Make a doctor's appointment to find out what the cause of your excessive sweating is. This may require testing to rule out medical conditions like hypoglycemia, insufficient testosterone levels, high thyroid levels, menopause and others that are commonly linked with hyperhidrosis.
Some tips to control hyperhidrosis are:
-Drink green tea. Green tea is a great way to rid the body of the toxins that cause you to sweat.
-Try a prescription antiperspirant. There are several antiperspirants that contain aluminum chloride, which blocks sweat glands.
-Shave all underarm hair. This will help decrease the bacteria population and hopefully help to diminish the odor of sweaty underarms.
Good luck!
THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU HAVE DIABETES THAT IS ONE OF THE SYMPTOMS SWEATING FOR NO REASON.GO SEE A DOCTOR IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME
IMGREATNESS!
make sure you shave your underarms too as this can cause sweat. Don't eat spicy foods, and use sure or soemthing like that. You could try natural stuff from holland n barret
Short answer: Old Spice High Endurance deodorant for men. The packaging is red and the deodorant itself is a blue solid (kind of clear). I found that Pure Sport has the weakest scent.
Long answer:
I had hyperhidrosis for a few years when I was in my teens. I developed this condition after a traumatic event which had really put my nerves on edge for a while.
My palms and underarms were my worst areas. Since I am also susceptible to hives, the underarm sweating would cause a terrible rash whenever I had deodorant on. The sweating would actually get WORSE with deodorant due to the hives. Both the gel and white solid forms did nothing to help with the sweating.
I jumped between various brands for women and tried several hypoallergenic ones.
In a sweaty, gross, desperate mess I actually tried on my dad's antiperspirant on day and it worked! No more rash. Significantly less sweating. No more wet stains on clothes.
Sorry, that was long. Basically, try Old Spice High Endurance.
Good luck with the issue. I would see a doctor if you are worried about this lasting more than a few months.
