Question: How to get rid of wind burn?

I was on my quad all day today and got really bad windburn! Eep i have to get pictures tomorrow, ive tried lotion but it didnt work! Help! How can i get rid of the reddness?!

Maybe a cold bath then if that don't work hot bath? Lol. I was on my quad all today to got it for Christmas. I love it because whenever some asks what I ride I yell "BANSHEE!!!!!!!" also maybe a massage or maybe wear a mask or turban and say it's your religion.
