I'm 16 and I think I have pneumonia. Could this be pneumonia?!

Question: I'm 16 and I think I have pneumonia. Could this be pneumonia?
I think I have pneumonia.

Thursday:
I went to the hospital to have my annual check-up for enrollment.
On the way, I think I passed through the "medicine" ward, possibly people taking antibiotics.
I returned to school with a slight difficulty in breathing.

Friday:
Sneezing and coughing. My chest hurt and my throat itched.
I slept coughing and choking from time to time.

Saturday:
I attended my Chemistry Lab (1pm-4pm).
On the way home, my head ached, my throat hurt, my tongue went numb and I felt dizzy.
I slept breathing through my mouth 'cause my nose was clogged.

Sunday:
I coughed since I woke up.
I had difficulty in breathing.
That night the wind stung my skin over and over, I couldn't breathe, my throat hurt and itched and my head pounded.
I woke up because I was not breathing anymore and I coughed and choked.

Monday:
I went to school because the teacher hates absences and might give me a dropping form or give me a failing grade if I missed her class.
The wind still stung my skin so I wrapped myself in a jacket.
My taste buds haven't returned and I had a difficultly in breathing.
Climbing the stairs hurt my chest and I asked my professor if I could miss class.

I went home, slept and woke up with better lungs but I was too warm and the wind stung me again.
A few minutes later, my fever subsided but my lungs hurt again.

Answers:

it could be.. go to your doctor right away!!

I doubt you catch anything from passing through a medicine ward. If you did chemistry that day you may have inhaled chemicals to give you these symptoms or may have the flu. Please go and see your doctor as soon as possible if you feel no better tomorrow. You may have something contagious that you do not want to pass on. Your doctor will write a note for your teacher so you will not get into trouble and fail your class. Get better quickly.

I have had pneumonia.
