Question: Am I lactose intolerant?
When I have cereal with milk or a hot chocolate with milk instead of water I get a really bad stomach ache. When I have milk in tea or on its own I get a really bad stomach ache as well as diarrhoea. Soy milk also gives me a stomach ache and occasionally cheese does aswell. No other dairy products make me feel ill though.

could be, stop eating those items with milk, and see if it stops, if it doesnt, drop an item one by one, and see
It sounds like it, yes. Do you also get painful stomach gas when you consume milk? My daughter has this and has found only Lactaid brand milk is all she can drink without the pain and diarrhea. Good luck!
