*rubbing and scratching of the skin (mostly neck, ears and back)
*stomach pains
*thinking about death/ considering suicide
*sore head, trouble concentrating/ focussing
*hyperactive times and times of fatigue
* finding it hard to sleep
*imagining self as others/ wishing to be someone else
*O.C.D.
*history of mental health
*High risk of Autism-spectrum disorder
*low self asteem - bulimia and past-anorexia

conbadulations, that girl has every mental illness known to man.
Just try to be happy and keep yourself busy(homework, talking to people, math problems, painting/drawing, wood carving, jogging, baking cakes, etc) and I guarantee you at least half the symptoms will go away.
Many of these symptoms point to bi-polar or schizophrenia, but I can't be sure thats right..
You say you have mental illness running in the family. Ask about what they had. It could be the answer.
Be careful if suicidal. At 15 killing ones self is not the option.
With OCD you may feel better making scedules of activities to fill your time, but don't force yourself. Try to relax before bed and avoid stress late at night..
