Happens to me every summer.. Just try to stay awake ALL DAY no matter how sleepy u r, do anything u like during the day, watch tv, facebook, watch a movie, etc . if u couldn't stay awake, drink some coffee, energy drink, or go shopping or something, when it's almost dark take a sleeping pill, u might wake up at 2 - 3 am cause your body isn't used to sleep at this time, just try to force yourself to get black to sleep, do the same things for 2-4 days and your sleeping is going to be normal again! (:
You should exercise. Drink some Chamomile caffeine free tea at night.
Do not drink any caffeine drink after 4 pm.
work hard in the day.
don't drink tea or coffee after 3or 4pm
be tense free and have a sweet dream.
