Is going vegan a good way of helping improve eczema/ atopic dermatitis?!

Question: Is going vegan a good way of helping improve eczema/ atopic dermatitis?
Answers:

Not necessarily- you can still be vegan and eat an unhealthy diet. My own opinion is that eating as many fresh fruits and veggies as you can will improve your skin, also, I found that not using soap on my skin improved it a lot.

Personally, I'm a vegetarian, but I think you can eat a varied diet, including some meat, as long as you include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.

I think eczema is a complex condition, so it won't necessarily be cured by this, but a healthy diet may help to alleviate some of the worst symptoms. Good luck!

Not if it's caused by taurase deficiency (a rare genetic disorder which makes you *require* meat in your diet) or an allergy to some ingredient you will be eating more of in your vegan régime.

Of course, if it's caused by an allergy to something present in meat or dairy produce, it will help.

I think anytime you make healthy adjustments to your diet, it will improve your body functions. I don't know if it will specifically handle the eczema and dermatitis, but GL to you!

My gilfriend tried it after 2 weeks she got seriously sick and had to stop the diet emmedietly.
