Question: Do you think i have strep throat?
I just came home from school and am sooo tired. I feel like i have a fever (chills, etc.) and have a sore throat. I feel pretty achey all over and don't even feel like moving. It hurts to swallow and i keep on switching from hot to cold. Like 2 minutes ago i was under all the covers in my bed with a jacket on and now i am in short and a t-shirt and am almost sweating. My nose is a little stuffy as well.

Sounds like flu which is caused by a virus.
A sore throat alone (eg tonsillitis) can be caused by strep or a virus. Only your doctor can answer that one.
You have tonsilitis
I think it's strep. I have had it before. You have to go to the doctor to get some antibiotics.
