Should I be worried about cold/tingly feeling on lower back and sides of my body!

Question: Should I be worried about cold/tingly feeling on lower back and sides of my body?
A few days ago I got a fever and Ive been laying in bed for a while. I felt good enouh to where now, I can get up and function. The only thing that is stopping me is a constant cold, tingly sensation on my lower back/ sides of my body. It feels as if my hairs are sticking up and im rubbing against them on something. I'm a little worried because it doesn't go away. Ive felt this ever since I got the fever. Even with a sweatshirt on, I still feel a little cold and tingly on my lower back/ sides. My back also hurts, but Im guessing it was from the irregular sleep I had. Anything I should be worried about??

Answers:

Probably a pinched nerve (especially if your back hurts too). You may want to consider seeing a chiropractor or a doctor that does osteopathic manipulative therapy; even a massage therapist. Stretch.
