Question: Why do I keep getting a runny nose?
Even when I haven't got a cold I seem to have an almost constant runny nose. I've had the problem for years.

This sounds like chronic rhinitis, which is one of the atopic diseases. It is best managed with nasal steroids, I always favoured mometasone, (Nasonex.)
GP for more years than I care to remember
Go to the doctor, I'll bet he will give you something like flonase or nasonex. It's a nose spray with a little Corticosteroids. You spray morning and night. Better than antihistamines!
