I'm I Lactose Intolerance?!

Question: I'm I Lactose Intolerance?
Okay, I had dairy issues when I was a kid, but no problems in like 10 years. I've always ate dairy, but on Thursday night I had a bowl of ice cream and went to bed. That night I got sick and threw up. Friday I was horribly sick, I had diarrhea 10 times and threw up 7 times I also had a mild fever. Saturday and Sunday I was fine and I limited what I ate (no diary). Now today I just had a small piece of chocolate and my stomach seems to be a little upset, and bubbly. When I was sick Friday, was that just your typical stomach flu or am I becoming lactose intolerance? Or is my stomach still a little sensitive from being ill?

Answers:

The fever indicates that it is some germs in the food or water you have taken.
Intolerance normally just gives stomach pain, gas and running belly. Not trow ups. When you puke it indicates that the body detects something very unwanted or possible poisons. From bacteria activity. (either the bacterias themselves or rest products from their growth)
Be sure to drink and to let the system rinse it self and get some intestine bacteria culture pills or drink that will restore your stomach health. They are now washed out and others will take over for a period.

It seems like a streptococcus aureus poisoning. First you feel like dying, then you wish to die and then you suddenly gets well as the system is emptied. :)
