The top is a Little high, but if you put more fiber in your diet it will go down,
drinplentyty of water and stay away from caffeinene for a while and the top will
down to a normal healthy number.

It should be around 120/80 so it is somewhat high, but I think you can control it. There are many natural ways to control blood pressure. Here is a great article that may help you out:
