white spots on penis, and one red patch?!

im 16 years old i have not had sex so its not an std, I think i have fordyce spots on my penis, when i pull the skin on my penis so it is tight the spots you can see slitely, but there are 3 spots in a row that are white and hard, small ones like the fordyce but they are sticking out more what is this, i also had a spot near the bottom of my penis which i squeezed and some puss came out now that area has gone red like the blood is under the skin what shall i do, is this life threatining to me
