Question: Does Blistex get rid of cold sores?

I have a cold sore and I just bought Blistex yesterday [Abreva cost too much..]
and I was wondering if it gets rid of a cold sore..

And also, how long does it take for my cold sore to go away if I use blistex?

Yes. It will go away 1-3 days depending on how many times you apply it.
