Question: What should i remove from my diet to reduce acne or pimples on my face?
breakfast: pancakes/waffles/bread with a lot of butter/syrup and milk
lunch: rice/pizza/chicken-wings/cheeseburger/fr… and an apple and milk
dinner: hardly eat dinner. noodles, pasta, rice
