Question: HIV ARS symtoms oral thrush?
i just have a question for oral thrush though. if i were to have hiv, then why do i still have oral thrush, arent ARS symtoms supposed to last 2 weeks max, well ive had this problem for over 3 weeks now. idk im extrememly depressed and stressed over the fact that i have it, but can someone please anwwser this questionf or me

ARS symptoms last for an average of 2 weeks, everyone's experience will be different. Have you had a doctor diagnose you as having oral thrush? If not don't assume that's what it is. Oral thrush can happen in people with or without HIV so you shouldn't assume you have HIV either. If you are concerned that you have HIV go have a HIV PCR test done, this test can be taken 28 days after exposure because it is looking for the virus itself and not the antibodies your body produces. Oral thrush is basically a yeast infection of the mouth and needs to be treated with prescription medication.
