Can i use a moisturizer as a pimple cream?!

Question: Can i use a moisturizer as a pimple cream?

My pimples are pretty light and small, and pimple creams make it worse. I just got them back to being a little smaller after oxy pads.

Could I use Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer after I shower and not use a cream?
