Hello, when i go out i hate loud traffic, suddenly it just feels like people start talking fast when i walk past them in the street, my heart races sometimes really fast only for a few seconds, its like i can't wait to get home or to where im going, if im honest i do 'binge drink' once sometimes twice a week, i do smoke (fags) .. and i have tryed 'skunk' once before, my diet isnt the healthiest, i exercise a fair bit, thank you in advance for any help..

sounds like it but i am no doctor the best thing to do is make a appointment with your doctor and he/she can go from there and if needed they will make a referral to a psychiatrist
