It's extremely unlikely that you have a brain tumor, but see a doctor about it anyway.

It sounds more like eyestrain from playing the video games. There can be a lot of other causes of dizziness and feeling unwell, too, so get it checked out just in case.


EDIT: If you want to check if it's the games, try not playing them for a week. If you still experience symptoms that would indicate it's something else.

I played video games for hours in a day and I too get that sick and dizzy feeling, I think its from the motions in the game as well as staring at the screen for too long, which makes your eyes tired.

If you want to have a peace of mind, go to the doctor and ask for them to do an x-ray.

Not at all likely that you would have a brain tumor, but that's a ridiculous amount of time to waste on a video game. It's also a good explanation for what you're feeling.

idk about a brain tunor but video games could be giving your brain a developing seizure. playing video games for that long increases your chanses greatly for having epilipsy. reduce the amount of games and go for a walk or something.

That's a long time to play video games. If you had a tumor your symptoms would be more acute but that does sound like something might be wrong. I would suggest seeing your doctor.
