Put some tea tree oil into a bowl of boiling water. Put a towel over your head and inhale deeply through your nose for about 10 minutes. Works like a charm.

This is pretty common after a cold, and might last a while. If you can't blow any gunk out of your nose your congestion is probably from swelling that was caused by the infection.

Over the counter decongestant pills can help with that, as well as nasal spray decongestants like Afrin or similar. The sprays should only be used occasionally because they sometimes can make the congestion worse if you use them regularly.

Saline nasal spray (just salt water, no medicine) can help temporarily also.

Try to keep a humidifier running and drink lots of fluids (non caffeine and non alcoholic). Both of these will help to keep the inside of your nose moist and can help the stuffiness.

Your sinuses are still blocked from mucus build up. Try drinking a tablespoon or two of strong distilled vinegar. Sounds disgusting, but it clears your head up instantly!
