my final proposal for cancer cure have an understanding of biology and cells?!

Question: My final proposal for cancer cure have an understanding of biology and cells?
well if i wanted to cure cancer i would have to do one thing and only one thing. you see the main key is to FIND the genes that control cell growth because obviously those are the genetic mutations that cause cancer. once we find those genes we can mutate their nucleic acid sequence you know guanine cytosine adenine and thymine. if we can construct something like a cancer but it doesent mutate the genes for growth to a point where it over produces itself but it mutates it by slowing down the production of cells to where it is normal. now the reason it cannot be repaired by our bodys is because it has the molecules on the out side of the infected cell is different. now if we could construct something that could react with the molecules of an infected cell instead of a healthy cell witch is basicly what were doing because the cancer cell has different molecules than normal then we could basicly attack bad cells and leave normal cells alone fighting cancer with cancer but the cancer were using is a good cancer that mutates good and reacts with molecules with bad cells instead of good cells and there you go the cure all right here i want to propose my idea to the researchers so i can get in on this to and one day do this and end the cancer peril. god bless the ones with cancer and please leave nice coments and please have faith in god on this idea. please i know that this is 100% cure for cancer. thankyou steve duran jr.

Because "cancer" refers to a class of diseases,it is unlikely that there will ever be a single cure for cancer. Most forms of chemotherapy target all rapidly dividing cells and are not specific to cancer cells, although some degree of specificity may come from the inability of many cancer cells to repair DNA damage, while normal cells generally can.
I had Hodgkin's lymphoma, and the approach to treating lymphomas and leukemia is a holistic/systemic one.The treatment of some leukemias and lymphomas requires the use of high-dose chemotherapy, and total body irradiation (TBI). This treatment ablates the bone marrow, and hence the body's ability to recover and repopulate the blood with the rogue cells.
Cancer immunotherapy refers to a diverse set of therapeutic strategies designed to induce the patient's own immune system to fight the tumor. Some newer methods for generating an immune response against tumors include intravesical BCG immunotherapy, and use of interferons and other cytokines to induce an immune response in carcinoma -- melanomas.
You might want to pick a certain type of cancer or response to persue. I definitely think you are on the right track and I encourage you to continue your biological studies. Good Luck!

I didn't understand it because I don't have the knowledge but it sounds like you have a plan. Stick with it. Goodluck!

Your logic is sound, to a point. Your main error is assuming that there is only one mutation that causes cancer. If that were the case, we probably would have a cure by now. Cancer is not one disease, but literally dozens of different diseases, each one with its own causes, and its own genetic mutations. You would need to find out what the mutation or mutations are that cause each different kind of cancer.
Once you do that, you would have to find a way to search out and find every single cell in the body that has this mutation. This is not at all easy to do, even with the latest technologies that we have in the laboratories. We don't know if any of these technologies will ever be safe enough to actually use in the human body, but we are making progress.
I don't mean to discourage you. We can use all the cancer-researchers we can get.
