Ibuprofen (Generic for Advil) is an anti-inflammatory so one or two of those should take the body temperature down a bit. For me though it messes with my bowels and gives me ungodly stomach pains and diarrhea, so if possible, have him take it with food. Also have him drink a few glasses of water to wash whatever's in his system away.

If it gets to 104 I would recommend a hospital though as at that point the brain starts overheating. This is ridiculously rare and I wouldn't worry about it. I just want to give you a headsup though since not many people know this.
