What percent of calories should be from fat?!

Question: What percent of calories should be from fat?
A number of authoritative organization recommend no more than 30% of your calories should be from fat, however, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr., a prominent cardiologist from Cleveland Clinic, suggests it should be closer to 10% calories from fat. This lower number is consistent with Dr. Neal Barnard and Dr. John McDougall and Dr. Dean Ornish.

What is your opinion? Who's right?
