my nose is red and raw wat do i do?!

Try not to irritate it with tissues, etc.
Don't put Vick's vapor rub on your nose. Vaseline is a petroleum based product which is not wise to use, either. Use antibiotic ointment around the raw area before you go to bed, it will moisten it and help it heal faster, good luck, I hope you feel better :)

i know you probably won't want to hear this, but suck it up. you can't do anything about it. if it really hurts, avoid touching it.

Put a little neosporin in your nose, it'll help a lot.

You irritated your nose.. it happens to all of us just put some lotion or some vaseline on your nose
