I have to say I have tried almost everything to get rid of acne: Creams, strips, cleaning, and all type of home made remedies, and nothing really helped to definitely get read of acne nor blackheads. I have to say that certain things that helped partially:
- Change your diet and include plenty of nutrition rich foods like fish, diary products, fruits and greens. The Omega-3 and Omega-6 present in the foods helps clear the pores of the skin and remove the secretions and dust thereby allows the skin to breath and glow.
- The biggest enemy of your face is the oily skin which gives rise to Acne formation. Therefore it should be your endeavor to always keep your face free of oil and secretions

i think then main cause of your pimple could be your pillow case. we are constantly shedding lots of dead skin cells everyday, even when your are sleeping. and those nasty bacteria dwelling on ur pillow feed on those dead skin cells.
plus if you have oily scalp, this would just make your pillow dirtier.
i suggest you change your pillow case every other day if not everyday.
change your pillowcase often. and make sure to drink as much water as you can, because it does wonders for your skin. and try to stay away from greasy foods because they make your skin prodice more oil, therefore clogging pores and creating pimples.
Wash your face every night before you go to bed.
Wash your pillowcase once a week.
Wash your hair regularly.
Don't use scented moisturizers, as this can cause breakouts. Use unscented instead.
It could be that you're like touching your face with your hands at night. Everybody's hands are oily and that's one cause of pimples. But the proactiv refining mask helped me overnight.
