Can heavy duty lubricant cause cancer?!

Question: Can heavy duty lubricant cause cancer?

I used silicone lubricant to lube up my rubiks cube and on the can it said it may cause cancer if you often get it on skin or something along those lines. When i use the cube some alwasys gets on my fingers and hands, is it safe?

I don’t know why it would be a problem, but you can see and read the warning label we cannot.
