TSH 3rd Generation - What Does 0.47 Mean? Is that Normal, or.. ?!

Question: TSH 3rd Generation - What Does 0.47 Mean? Is that Normal, or.. ?
I just had a blood test done. It was a TSH 3rd Generation (Hypersensitive). The doctor was testing for a thyroid problem. I got the lab results back, but my doctor hasn't called me about it yet (don't know why, maybe out of the office) but this is bothering me. A lot. Is 0.47 okay, or is it hypo or hyper thyroid or ... what does it mean (yes, I'm spazzing).

Answers:

It's normal based off of the range of .4-4.0. FYI, a low number is hyperthyroid and high number is hypothyroid.
