no matter what anyone says you CAN NOT convince me that what you put into your body has nothing to do with comes out of your pores! Eating fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of water will help a lot, also try a B complex vitamin supplement.
Your food will only cause acne if you rub it directly on your face.
EDIT. Also, instead of rubbing smell garlic and onions on your face.... try Lemon Juice. It works & smells better.
Garlic? on your face? seriously?
If you rub garlic juice (squeezed from the clove) on your face it helps. Same with onion juice.'
